It’s not by accident that a prominent feature of the AquaTerra Coaching logo is based upon the ancient Celtic Triquetra. It has meaning much deeper than just Swim, Bike, and Run. The power and principle of the Triad runs deep throughout all aspects of our coaching philosophy. A stable ecosystem is one which is built upon a foundation of Resilience, Constancy, and Persistence.

In swimming, the foundational triad is that of Balance, Buoyancy, and Breathing.
