Novice 12 Week Swim Training Plan
This is a 12 Week Level 1 (L1 - Novice) Swim Training program for adults who are looking to improve their swim technique, stamina, and race pace. If you cannot swim at least 500SCY (Short Course Yards - length of pool is 25 yards), please contact us to arrange for a swim assessment.
Intermediate 12 Week Swim Training Plan
This is a 12 Week Level 2 (L2 - Intermediate) Swim Training program for adults who are looking to improve their swim technique, stamina, and race pace. You should already be able to swim approximately 1500SCY in less than 60 mins.
Advanced 12 Week Swim Training Plan
This is a 12 Week Level 3 (L3 - Advanced) Swim Training program for adults who are looking to improve their swim technique, stamina, and race pace. You should already be able to swim approximately 2500SCY in less than 60 mins AND be able to swim backstroke and breaststroke.
