Very proud to announce my newest certification through Menachem Brodie’s Human Vortex Method™ (HVT) program, Strength Training for Cyclists Certification.. Menachem is a world renowned strength and conditioning (S&C) coach, author and podcaster. Coach Brodie has over 20 years of coaching experience, ranging from Emergency Medicine and Physical Therapy settings, NCAA Division One S&C settings, and working One-On-One with professional athletes from a diverse number of sports. Coach Brodie has developed a unique yet simple method of strength and conditioning specifically designed for endurance athletes. Effective strength training for cycling requires an understanding of the specific adaptations that one must develop in order to realize actionable gains in bike fitness.
