From Zero to Comfortable in 60 Days

Started working with Zach at the beginning of the year. Here’s what he has to say about his journey so far:

“I’m starting to feel pretty comfortable swimming. I feel calm and the breathing seems so steady. I think my shoulder control is increasing. I feel power in my kicks” - this was DURING my swim while I was underwater, in my head of course.

As I elevated to marathon runner status I started to be asked what I thought about while on a long run. I explained it was a combo of peaceful calm and strategic analysis about my form and workout itself. My mind rarely wanders to negative things. It can really be a lot like meditation. I’m relaxed and calm and peaceful. In just over two months I now am getting that during swimming !!!! I cannot express enough excitement about this new phase. Yay! #swimmer”
